Who are we?
The goal behind starting the agency was to offer an empathetic childcare approach for families. Our mission is to provide convenient, dependable child care that meets the needs of each child and family. We pride ourselves on having highly trained, nurturing, engaging and above all fun Sitters who are willing and able to adapt to any childcare need.
Tea Ilić: Kids are my driving force. They remind me every day how little we need to be happy. Their love is pure and earning that love is the biggest compliment one can get. It’s a great honor for me to have a job where I get to find big friends for small people and I take that job seriously. My experience with kids comes from working at international schools and babysitting in families from various countries and cultures where I worked with a wide range of children, from newborns to teenagers. Everything I’ve learned, I try to implement in my current work, first when it comes to selecting the best Sitter candidates, and also when it comes to understanding the different needs and requirements of every family. Matching a family with an ideal babysitter is more than work for me. It doesn’t only bring a satisfied client, but it also never fails to make my day.
Tijana Gnjatović: I have loved taking care of children since the age of 15: First, neighbourhood children; then, the young ones I was teaching to while working abroad; and now, my own . Their honesty and their sincere joie de vivre allow me to appreciate the simpler and more important things in life. However, it was not until I became a mother myself that I discovered not only the pure joys of parenthood, but also the many challenges that come with trying to raise children. I now understand how important good organization can be, but also how children can make all of our planning wonderfully unpredictable. I feel fortunate that I’ve had the opportunity to be both in the babysitter’s and the parent’s shoes. My work is my passion – it is about forging new relationships, creating support for families, and – most importantly – keeping the children happy.
